Bible Studies
Our Adult Education Ministry offers a number of Bible studies each year. There are groups for every level. Some are small and others are large. Most of our studies follow the traditional school calendar, beginning in September and ending in May. Call our office for the upcoming lineup of Bible Studies.

Holding Hands with Him

Life Application Bible Study

Young women, ages 14-20, are invited to join in the study of the book And the Bride Wore White: Seven Secrets to Sexual Purity by Dannah Gresh. We will meet Mondays from 8 to 9pm in the Youth Lounge. Class leader is Stephanie Bishop. Please contact the church office at 281-463-2330 to join this class.

Monday Night Bible Study

This is a year-round study of the Bible. We are currently studying the book of Romans. No pre-registration or curriculum purchase is necessary.  Just come to the class and enjoy the learning and discussion.
Meetings are on Mondays, 7:00 p.m.

Sunday Evening Bible Study

Each Sunday evening this group of adults comes together to study a variety of topics throughout the year.

Meetings are Sunday evenings at 5:30pm; July 13 - August 17
Location: Asbury 2

Wednesday Morning Bible Study

Living A Praying Life: Open Your LIfe to God's Power and Provision by Jennifer Kennedy Dean
    9:30 to 11:00am in the FLC Youth Lounge (207-209)

Get serious about prayer with this in-depth, everything-included, interactive Bible study! Dean's insightful overview addresses foundational questions such as "If God is sovereign, why should I pray?" and "Why are his answers often delayed?" You'll also find advice on cultivating a vibrant prayer life, daily exercises, Scripture-reading assignments, space to journal, and more. This is a 13-week study, beginning September 10, 2008.
