The UMM BBQ Ministry participates in regular events benefiting church members as well as others in our community. Regular events include our Super Bowl BBQ, 4th of July picnic, the Fall Bazaar, and the Christmas Block Party. Outreach events include, providing BBQ for the Boy Scouts to sell as a fundraiser, feeding Upward Basketball and Cheerleading participants, and providing briskets for Cy-Fair firefighters to sell to support an injured firefighter.The BBQ Ministry is always in need of volunteers to set up, cook, serve, and clean up. If you feel called to serve in this area, contact Jim Anderson, and he’ll be happy to put you to work! This is a great opportunity to meet other men in the church, as well as serve our church and community.Upcoming events: July 4 – Independence Day Picnic October 16 – Fall Festival and Bazzar December 5 or 12 – Christmas Block Party
