Faith Groups are local communities of students and adult leaders who gather weekly to help each other grow and live in the way of Jesus. We believe every youth longs for a place to be known, loved, celebrated, and challenged. Youth crave to have real friends who are willing to stand in their shoes, feel what they feel, and help them to make sense of this life and how God is at work. Faith groups are the kind of communities that will accept students wherever they are on their spiritual journey and are willing to journey with them and help them live out their faith and witness its transforming power. We believe students will make time in their hectic schedules for this kind of community as if their lives depended on it…’cause they do! Faith Groups will meet every week (Tuesday or Thursday), 6:30-8:00, during the school year. We gather in three different homes in our area. Students attend the house closest to their school or neighborhood. Do you have questions? Contact Dave Gray. What do I have to do to lead a faith group? You will be teamed up with another willing adult, and together you will work through a series of interactive studies. There will be a mandatory training session that will equip you with the tools necessary for leading a faith group. What do I have to do to host a faith group? You have to be willing to open your home to teens once a week and provide refreshments.
