Join us for a day of great finds, fun atmosphere, and fantastic bargains while contributing to a wonderful cause. Discover books and clothes to vintage furniture and quirky knick-knacks, you never know what treasures you might uncover.
This event is more than just a fundraiser, it’s a reflection of our commitment to our community, an opportunity to come together to work, laugh, and lend a helping hand. But the success of this event hinges on your generosity and support – whether that’s in the form of donations, time, or a truck!
Here’s how you can contribute:
Donations:
Gather up gently used items that could find a new home. For a comprehensive list of acceptable donations, please refer to our informative flyer. The last day to donate is Wednesday, June 14.
Volunteers:
We have a variety of roles to fill before and during the event. Even if you can only spare an hour, we will be delighted to see you! There are also some specific dates we need help with:
Prep Roles:
- Sorting & Pricing: From 1 pm – 3 pm on June 13 and 14
- Set Up: From 1 pm – 6 pm on Thursday June 15
Rummage Sale Day Roles:
During the event on Friday, June 16, and Saturday, June 17, from 8 am to 3 pm we need Packers & Hosts.
Trucks/Vans:
We need individuals with large vehicles who can help transport bigger donated items.
